Other kids were with him when he got shot and not one of them bothered to call police or at least an Ambulance. So I guess we are to assume that one of the kids had a gun and was showing it off to the others when it went off. A sad situation that none of the other kids bothered to try and help him.

WAY TO MANY KIDS ARE DYING IN CHICAGO, I JUST CAME ACROSS ANOTHER VIDEO OF A TEENAGE GIRL WHO HAD BEEN STABBED OVER 12 TIMES IN THE FACE AND NECK AND LEFT IN A PARK , THEY COULD NOT PAY ME TO LIVE IN CHICAGO....
