What’s your favourite meal to make and why? Mine is a traditional British classic called “toad in the hole” it’s basically sausages with a batter mix poured over and baked together. I believe Americans call the batter mix “German pancakes” but in England they are basically Yorkshire puddings which we traditionally have with another favourite “roast dinner” which is basically a meat joint or a mix of meats, served with roast potatoes and vegetables with a Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Most of our population traditionally eat this meal on a Sunday “Sunday roast”. I’d love to show you a picture but I don’t think you can on here.
