@jaa89623

I want her arm day playlist.

@ravenbom

Not so much for bouldering, but I do that for a BUNCH of things in my life.

@REstrACIA

That's such an interesting way to look at boulder problems. I love learning about different ways of thinking. There's so many diverging angles of perspective that surround us and it's easy to lose sight of it.

@NotPMHarper

As a fellow musician (violin, viola, and piano for 21 years), I also do this with coordination moves! Cool to know that a World Cup climber thinks the same

@MonsieurChangify

Damn those guns!

@amm95

Rhythm is the great coordinator. I'm a musician too and I always find it interesting all the crossovers between music and climbing

@bupkaplan

im a musician and do the same thing! especially for dynos.

@Climbingdude

Can we talk about her arms though. Wow!!!!

@o0Vion70o

I only can look at her beatzeps 😅

@luke_pilky

This is good because when you ‘miss a beat’ its really obvious and you can feel your mistake more.

@grafikpanda

That’s neat that she has a connection like that and makes sense in many cases through.

@albertosh9961

My old man was a gymnastics teacher and used a similar method to teach parallel bars and so... Good idea to use that in coordination/dynamic boulders

@BenGmanUk

Damn she's jacked. Nice.

@Raynaputi

Interesting. I think this could be helpful for a lot of people.

I always felt a similarity between climbing and jiu jitsu. I came from jiu jitsu, so I feel like I'm doing that while I'm climbing.

@stijnvannoort8401

Bouldering and climbing sometimes feel like dancing

@jonashelbobeck7631

In sportscience litterature it's called "Inner game" if anyone wants to read more about it.

@roy3490

magnífico creo deberíamos aplicarlo en todo

@ClimbingDictionary

I do the exact same thing for coordination moves

@jbri1

I sing when I play football 😅

@hunteralexander9791

I study music and just recently in my third year of my undergrad have gotten into climbing. Who is she? She makes sense to me
