This soul has helped me feel better. His recipes are legit. He is telling the truth. Thank you.

I noticed while grocery shopping outside of the US that the labels had kilo joules instead of calories. The label was telling you how much energy the food would provide per serving/package, which makes it much easier to compare which products were more nutrient dense. It made so much more sense than the calorie labeling... at least in my opinion.

Hello Dr. Price!❤☀️
Happy New Year! I am so glad my year started with detoxing. I don’t want to be “fat” anymore (in any area of my body) and I want to consume all the proper nutrients my body needs! Here’s to a truly “prosperous” new year!🎉❤️

Dr. Price, i believe that i have a digestive problem, food stays in my stomach and can feel it in my throat when i wake up in the mornings, my chest feels uncomfortable after meals especially when i go to bed. I've been losing weight for quite some time now. I had colonoscopy, upperendos., u name it I've had it....the weight loss is my main concern, even though i eat very healthy. I am also pre diabetic. What should i do/eat?....please address my comment, I will be looking out. Thank taking walks after eating seems to help a little

@Miska-jl3gu

So true Dr. Bobby! When I worked in municipal government and was stressed out , I consumed a lot of food trying to passing my emotions. Usually, just ending up with hollow fullness. I was eating the wrong foods and not consuming enough protein.

@my_set_apart_life

That's so true. I was eating the wrong things although I could literally only eat one meal a day. That meal may be Popeyes though 😢

@ORANGELILY4U

Makes sense ☀️🌺🏹

@selmajohnson2727

Not enough Nutrients 🤔

@diamoneRa9

So how do you solve the low nutrient issue?

@hoperesnick1453

I'm confused by your initial comment. Your further explanation does not help me understand how "overeating doesn't make you fat". Of course it does! Does it depend on what type of food you're overeating?

@MovingtoBrightwoodDC

Nutrition...is it REALLY nutritious?

@kathleensmith3489

I always thought that people who are obese eat too much junk food

@freespirit7450

So nutrients help you lose weight?

@SRusselltheman-n8p

So that explains it
