The second part of the sample. When she first goes “Dance Dance Daaaaaance” absolute chills. It’s one of the most beautiful transitions I’ve ever heard. Makes me feel like I’m on a dance floor with magical disco lights every time

For me, the most surprising thing from this album was hearing all of her journey as an artist (a musician) be jointed all together in such a seamless and experimental way. From mixing afrobeat and club beats with hip hop loops or electro pop choruses, switching from a classic house beat to a full bounce track, the R&B/funk/disco sections, the crescendo towards the end emulating the pacing and mixing of a dj set layered with classic dancefloor samples (Vogue beat classic “ha”, Kevin Aviance’s Cunty, goddamn Donna Summer!)... Her whole vocal prowess (both as a singer and as a rapper) is on full display througout the whole record. It’s the ultimate pop classic: It's experimental, it's daring but also (above anything else) it's an incredibly enjoyable and danceable album. Bey really found a way to outdo herself, I mean she really is on her own lane 🔥🐝🤏🏻

Beyoncé has never been afraid to play with different sounds. Her music has never been the same. Each album of hers brings something different. And I love that because a true artist can’t grow if they’re making the same music over and over again. Eventually it’ll get boring and the fans will get tired of it too. Beyoncé created a MASTERPIECE!!!
