As a Singaporean I would like to say this doesnt apply to every restaurant in singapore just those high end restaurants or hawker stores with good business, its like saying every pasta dish is the same or saying deep dish and new york style pizza is the same

Yea truffle oil is super popular here! When it was first introduced as a shaker fries option in McDonald's, everyone hated it though but I loved it haha
