The Nightflower Pollen is the other rare item in the forest. Finally, you can find eight special items through emergences, which spawn randomly in the world map. Just look for an emergence when you scroll to each location, and you can rest at your tent to reroll for emergences if necessary.

It's not that unclear but I think they deleted their comment. Basically the rafflesia and the egg give a rarity 6 drop. The rest are all upsurges.
