If you really look at his shows you will see that he really cares about the people and treats them with respect. He was interacting with a lady that had cancer and actually said she was going to die and to go to see his show was on her bucket list. And he made fun of her and teased her, and she was laughing her ass off. She was probably tired of everyone sugar coating it and feeling sorry for her and he was being real with her and making her laugh and doing it respectfully.

He is so funny and self deprecating. I love his crowd work especially when he jokes to the people in wheelchairs. He is respectful and hilarious. Nobody is quicker and wittier than he is. He is a treasure.

He's a "breath of fresh air" in the comedic genre. He says what thousands of people think and wish they could say out loud. He does that for them! After watching his show there is a collective and silent audience exhale!

I am of the belief that if you heard about Matt and decided to attend a show to see what the hype was and got offended by what he said, or even heard it on tv…..why would you repeat your offence?!?! If you don’t like him or his kind of humour DON’T WATCH HIM!! No one is forcing you to do so. Matt is an incredible comic and I personally find nothing offensive about his comedy which is why I will continue to take in his shows. Have yourselves a great day.
