Stop manual shifting the 10 speed .. that’s the beauty of it .. tap the traction control button twice for sport advance track and let it shift itself

2 things. 1 leave Mustang transmission in automatic mode and use Drag Mode for best results. 2 BMW usually underrates their engines, plus turbo cars are typically faster than NA cars with similar power as they usually make more torque throughout the rev range.

Why didn’t the knucklehead in the Mustang put the car in DRAG mode and leave the shifting alone!? Why was he manually shifting? It also has a track mode. Terrible comparison!!

I hate this show. This guy hates Ford's. He always brings a well built race car against a 100% Stock Ford as always. They scared of Stock Ford's. UK can't handle real V8 power. Bias against Ford.

I'm an American, but don't take this as me making excuses. The Mustang GT 5.0 models do NOT do quarter miles in 13.5 seconds. That's what the 315 horsepower 05 Mustang GT (4.6 3v) did. Or Trans Am LS1s... C5 Corvettes with the LS1. Rated 305/315 or 345/350 horsepower in the Vettes. Something was wrong with the Mustang here or MAYBE the driver. On that kind of track, it should be getting 13, if not 12.8. They get 12.5-12.6 at the track, bone stock.
