Okay. As an Ohioan I've learned to embrace the snow, ice, and deep freezes of winter. Snow angels, sledding, building snowmen, and watching how beautiful the powdery snow looks against the streetlights at night are all things I grew up loving. This deep freeze, however, hasn't even let up long enough for the piles of ice on sidewalks and side streets to become walkable and drivable, and we just need like 2 days of above freezing temps, or freezing with a few hours of sun, to unbury ourselves.

Snow and ice in Florida is very rare. I lived in Florida when I was a child. There was one winter that had a few mornings with a hard frost on the ground in Miami. We had to get jackets, and nobody ever believes me! But I was there, and I saw it.

Thanks Max. We got hit pretty hard in central Florida today (Sunday morning). High winds, thunder and lightning for most of the day. Temps were crazy this morning about 70 degrees when I woke up. Stay safe everyone!
