I purchased this pillow in 2022 when I was having knee/hip pain. I was surprised that it actually made my pain worse! I've been experimenting with my sleep position recently because I get hip pain at night -- back in 2022 I had knee pain at night. I've found that in sleeping on my side, my legs need to be staggered-one behind the other, not on top of each other (which causes pain). This pillow couldn't do that for me. I gave it away and hopefully someone is having better luck with it than I did! Now I just use a regular pillow, but I'm looking for a smaller one to use. Since I started sleeping like this (legs staggered, not on top of each other), my night-time hip pain has gone to almost zero.

I recently discovered your channel and I'm doing your excercises for knee pain that strengthen my glutes and I can already feel a difference. I am 68 and really REALLY want to avoid a knee or hip replacement which I've watched family members suffer through. I just wanted to pop on and say THANK YOU! I'm recommending you to everyone! I just discovered your list of videos for bone-on-bone hip arthritis relief. I found this on sale at Marshall's for $14, and picked one up. I'm also 6'2" and agree with the need to be bigger. I haven't pulled the trigger on the second one, but am considering it. I'm a frequent tosser/turner, so the thought of dealing with two of them would likely aggravate me at night. If anyone does see this now (since the video is 9 months old) check out your local Marshall's!

I'm 6ft2 too. I hope it will be adequate but I'll probably order 2. I'll use it because I have hip bursitis and using a normal pillow every night is frustrating and they get too flat.

If you have loose-fitting knee replacement, with pain and the knee caving in, will using a pillow that allows the leg to hang down at the knee cause a problem?
