I was working at the Grifith Observatory that night! I remember hearing this and wishing I was down there!
Danielle’s voice gave me chills the second she started singing
They're so creative but criminally underrated...
This band is always very genuine and it pays off
I was at this show and I cried like a baby when I heard this song live. They are amazing.
oh my god, when they switched from an empty stadium to a full one ... watery eyes, babyyyy. I'm just so proud of them!
The best part about being them under rated is, on top of all that, they are truly themselves, unmolded by anything else... you can feel the care for their craft through their music, its got so much emotion in every song. You can feel their connection to one another but to the music as well.
Wow.....stunning and raw song!
Masterpiece. The most emotional songs are always the simplest .That reverb on the vocal sends shivers down my spine.
OK the fact that this switches to the live concert at the end confirms what I've been HOPING! That the concert at The Greek was filmed and we'll get a live DVD at some point?! yes?! For those of us who live overseas, please?!
THE Paul Thomas Anderson, guys! I just love the way he films them everytime. It's so minimalistic and at the same time - so emotional and nuanced.
They're beautiful and that's all that matters to me. May they have all the love in the world.
I was outside of the venue when this was being recorded and just assumed they were soundchecking. This song is glorious live! Damn, I seriously couldn’t love them more.
HAIM: the gift that keeps on giving
this is the best thing that happened to the music world in the last few years.
This makes me so happy. I love you guys so much, you’ve been apart of my life for 5 years. You were the first band I listened to that didn’t play on the radio. You showed me that there was other music, you showed me what music could make you feel. You were the ones who got me into the music that I’m into today and my music means the world to me. You made me into the person I am with you’re songs. Words cannot express how thankful I am for you. I love you
If this song doesn't make u miss someone n bring a tear to your eye, you have no soul.😢
I sincerely hope that your next album harnesses the kind of amazing energy that PTA captured in the live performances featured in this video and the "Valentine" video. You 3 ladies are stunningly talented! :)
HAIM + Paul Thomas Anderson is turning out to be one of my favorite collaborations. What an impeccable and moving video.
