Kudos Brian. I pray the judicial system stays strong for the American People. This is so frightening.

@Carletta-x3g

Judges should be able to stop every crime. Breaching computer systems is a crime.

If a president can do whatever he wants without held accountable, we call it a dictator.

@beggarsmagik

Raskin nailed it. He’s brilliant

@ReneeMehrdad

Musk needs an education on United States laws along with our constitution. Mad because our judiciary is saying president doesn’t have the power to break the law….

@Dreamkiller-c6u

I'm ashamed of everyone who decided to return a corrupt criminal to the oval office instead of prison Now there's two of them
Unbelievable

@staceyjenkins8956

We the people did not elect Elon Musk! Thank you to all the judges and lawyers, hold them accountable. Democracy is not obsolete!

@eleanorjohnson7398

Democracy is about cooperative relations… we don’t want a CEO

@rachkp

It's what a judge DOES and is supposed to DO!

@PlanetC64

RICH DOESN'T MEAN SMART

@SebastianColon_J

Elon’s call to impeach federal judges for “abusing their power” certainly stokes the debate. If Trump truly won the popular vote and is sticking to his promises, one might ask: are these judges simply doing their constitutional duty by checking executive power, or are they overstepping by obstructing what some see as the will of the people?

On one hand, respecting a democratic mandate is vital. If a president claims to represent the people’s voice by winning the popular vote democratically, shouldn’t all branches work try to work together to honor that mandate? On the other hand, the independence of the judiciary is a cornerstone of our constitutional system. Removing judges because they disagree with a political agenda risks undermining this essential check on power.

Where do we draw the line between holding officials accountable for overreach and preserving the integrity of our legal system? What do you think—does impeaching judges set a dangerous precedent, or is it a necessary step to ensure that the will of the people is not sidelined?

@lorriefinley3129

I loved the line by MS Warren about the x-ray of the spines of the GOP. Perfection!
